Gameplay
Imagine yourself at the helm of a department, entrusted with the task of maximizing its performance over a 10 year long journey. Alongside you, five other departments within the organization also wantvie for success, each employing different decision-making styles—directive or collaborative—to tackle tasks and gain strategic advantages. But amidst the pursuit of progress, lies the delicate balance of people, culture, and budget considerations. Feel the weight of leadership as you navigate through growth spurts, budget constraints, and organizational dynamics. Every decision you make holds the power to shape not only your department’s destiny but also the overarching narrative of the organization. At the end of the decade, we will see who did best.

To top it off, you’ll also need to attend a ‘train-the-trainer’ session, typically lasting half a day. This session might even involve playing the game with a group, making learning a blast!
