We do this by providing solutions that enable individuals and communities to unleash their full potential, by employing methodologies for self-reflective learning and inspired dialogue, guided by principles of genuine power and love.

It all started in 2009 with our Perspectivity Foundation to inspire meaningful dialogue around complex issues.

In 2009, the Perspectivity Foundation emerged from a diverse group of individuals in the Netherlands, spanning various backgrounds—from multinational corporations to education, law, consultancy, and development NGOs.

Initially conceived to foster dialogue in a world increasingly marked by polarization, the foundation's mission gained urgency as society grappled with ever more complex issues such as climate change, energy, water, and food security. As these challenges grew in complexity, so too did the polarization surrounding them.

While the Perspectivity Foundation grew and cultivated a global community of like-minded individuals, the Perspectivity Enterprise, a collective of seasoned professionals, emerged to design and facilitate dialogues across sectors and continents.

Recognizing the power of experiential learning, the Foundation crafted challenges aimed at immersing participants in the decision-making processes of leaders. These simulations offer a profound understanding of the complexities inherent in addressing pressing issues. Participants often find themselves deeply moved by the experience, leading to shifts in mindset that are far more impactful than traditional theoretical learning.

It is through the tireless efforts of the Foundation's first circle and of the later community that these games have spread across the globe. Wherever they are played, they serve to raise awareness and inspire meaningful dialogue among participants.
